My favorite section of the book is when Nick got chased by the giant. Nick had to find a way to get away from the giant or it would catch him if he had stopped. This chapter is cool because it showed a picture of the giant and he is chasing the kids and they are riding on a bike. The kids try to get back to the the house so the giant will hit the shield and be stopped. It can be stopped because of the salt and the creatures can not get the kids through the shield. This chapter is really cool!
